بازدارنده ( اینهیبیتور) خوردگی در مقابل اسید کلریدریک

این محصول مخلوط بازدارندههای آلی مایع کاتیونیک بوده و از خوردگی اسید کلریدریک بر روی آلیاژهای مس، برنج، آهن و استیل در هنگام فرآیند رسوبزدائی و تمیز کاری جلوگیری می نماید. این مخلوط کف کمی داشته و سرعت نفوذ آن بالا بوده و فیلم موثری بر روی سطح فلز برای محافظت فلز ایجاد می کند و افزودن آن به اسید کلریدریک، حداکثر محافظت در حین حذف ترکیبات آهکی و رسوبات آب در بویلرها، لوله ها و تجهیزات و دستگاه اواپراتور ایجاد می نماید.

نحوه مصرف

بهترین دز مصرف بین ۱٫۲ –۰٫۶ درصد بر مبنای محلول اسید کلریدریک می باشد. افزایش در جه حرارت در اسید کلریدریک به منظور افزایش اثر پاک کنندگی مستلزم مصرف دز بیشتر می باشد. این بازدارنده بایستی کمی قبل از اقدام به رقیق سازی اسید جهت مصرف به اسید غلیظ اضافه گردد.

CORROSION INHIBITOR

The hydrochloric acid solution inhibited with this product is best circulated through the equipment to be cleaned. When circulation cannot be accomplished, the equipment should be filled with the inhibited acid and allowed to react for sufficient time to remove the objectionable deposits.

We recommended starting dosage is 0.2-0.4% based on the weight of the product, which can be increased or decreased as required in your operation. The dosage can be best calculated by running a small laboratory trial prior to cleaning.

We have found optimum dosages between 0.6%-1.2 percent based on the HCL solution.

If heating of equipment or acid solution is desired to speed the cleaning action, it should be done prior to the starting of the cleaning operation. However, keep in mind that at higher temperatures, there may be a need to increase the dosage of our product. This product should be added either to the concentrated diluted acid. In either case, remember to mix the product thoroughly with the acid by stirring or agitation.
